Leslie Fox
Leslie Fox (1918-1992) was director
of the Oxford University Computer Laboratory
(1957-1983),
Professor of Numerical Analysis at Oxford University,
and Fellow of Balliol College.
He was a distinguished researcher in numerical linear
algebra and differential equations.
